Limoux Aude France Sieur D’Arques Crémant Brut
Made from Chardonnay, Mauzac and Chenon blank, grown on cool hillsides vineyards, the grapes ripen perfectly yet retain excellent acidity: the perfect combination for quality sparkling wine. After the initial fermentation, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle following the Méthode traditionalle. Matured at least 2 years before release. The nose is fresh and vivid with a mix of white flowers, white fleshed fruits, peach and green apples. The wine develops notes of hazelnut. Powerful, well balanced with toasted notes on the finish.

2016 Tahbilk Marsanne
One of the world’s rarest grape varieties with its origins in the Northern Rhone and Hermitage regions of France; Tahbilk has some of the oldest vines and largest single holding of Marsanne in the world. 2016 Marsanne has distinguishing lemon/lime citrus notes on the nose and palate alongside floral and herbal hints all wrapped in a zesty minerality. Time in the bottle will deliver the rich honeysuckle and toast marmalade characters that are so familiar to aged Marsannes. A great favourite of our club founder, the late Merve Ziebel and fittingly served during the 50th anniversary of the founding of Nital B&B Club.

2016 Pewsey Vale Riesling
High in the hills above Eden Valley, Pewsey Vale is one of Australia’s great Riesling vineyards. The 2016 shows the typical citrus and perfume aromas with a wonderful length of flavour. Excellent value for money and a wine that is brilliant while young while it transforms over a decade or more to reveal a textured beauty to behold. The matching of Riesling with King George Whiting is a traditional South Australian paring.

2001 Jamieson’s Run Cabernet Sauvignon
Coonawarra is a cool climate region which produces red wines that are amongst the finest in the world. Rich, mouth filling sweet dark plum, mulberry and blueberry fruit flavours are enhanced and complimented by spicy cedary oak. An elegant medium bottled cabernet with good depth of flavour and a long finish. Still drinking perfectly after 16 years from vintage.

2003 Penfolds Bin 28 Kalimna Shiraz
Blended from a selection of warmer climate Shiraz grape parcels drawn from premium vineyards, Bin 28 was introduced as one of the first Bin wines within the Penfolds range, and has since become an Australian classic. Intense, spicy dark berry fruits and an enticing yet balanced warmth and ripeness, without the influence of new oak. 14 years from vintage another remarkable wine.
